Christ-Centered Education Officer

Deborah Azu is an education and program development professional with nearly a decade of experience in education delivery, training, leadership, and community development within the faith-based and nonprofit sector in Ghana. She specializes in designing and implementing educational programs, strengthening institutional capacity, and improving learning outcomes through structured training, curriculum development, and effective stakeholder collaboration.

She brings strong expertise in program implementation and monitoring, teacher training and capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination. Her work focuses on integrating values-based education with evidence-informed practices to support holistic learner development and sustainable school improvement.

Deborah holds a B.A. (Hons) in English from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and an Executive Certificate in Educational Leadership and Management from the Pan-African Leadership Institute (PALI). She also holds certifications in Project Management, Counselling, Bookkeeping and Payroll. She remains committed to advancing quality education, leadership development, and community empowerment in line with international development standards.

Deborah is the head of the Children Ministry in her local church and enjoys mentoring the youth.
