Mark Mensah is an IT professional and computer engineering graduate with over eight years of experience in education technology, IT support and IT system management. He has worked extensively to empower school leaders and teachers in effectively setting up and utilising technology in their classrooms to bring practical experience to students in schools and in their community.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology thus proving a strong IT background and infrastructure development in the IT space. He is currently working as the Global IT Lead for Edify. He has previously in the same organisation served in the position of IT support Officer, IT Integration Officer and Christ-Centered Education Officer working with School leaders and teachers in building a healthy learning environment for children. His current work activities includes providing IT support, building IT infrastructure, Maintaining IT systems and setting and enforcing IT policies. His passion is bridging the gap between education and technology by training teachers and students in effectively using technology tools for learning, helping young people develop ready and usable coding and robotic skills.
Mark is a devout Christian who worships with the St Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Tema. He enjoys playing and watching football and listening to music. He is driven by impact, collaboration, and using technology as a tool for growth, efficiency, and empowerment.
