Matilda Ewusi is a friendly, outgoing, and purpose-driven professional with a strong passion for education, leadership, and innovation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Project Management and brings over nine years of experience in project management, with a strong track record in planning, coordination, implementation, and results-driven delivery. She is also a student member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and adherence to global best practices.
Matilda currently serves the Central Region, where she partners with school leaders and key stakeholders to advance Christ-centered education, institutional effectiveness, and transformational leadership. In addition, she acts as the EdTech Coordinator for Edify Ghana, managing initiatives that support the adoption and effective use of educational technology to improve teaching quality, learning outcomes, and school sustainability.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Matilda is a devoted Sunday School teacher with a passion for mentoring and nurturing children’s spiritual growth. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and listening to music. She is widely recognized for her approachable nature, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to service and excellence.
